Will I incur VAT charges on shipping?

No. All product prices and shipping rates displayed on our website are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%  

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders received before 12 o’clock midday on the same working day. If there are any problems outside our control, we will contact you via email or phone.

Orders placed after midday will be processed and shipped the following working day.

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on UK bank holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.  We are unfortunately unable to deliver to P.O. boxes for security reasons.

 

What delivery services do you offer and how much do they cost?

We offer the following delivery options:

Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery - £2.50 (2-3 days from dispatch)

Royal Mail 24-hour tracked delivery - £3.99 (1-2 days from dispatch)

Free Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery for all orders of £35 and over (2-3 days from dispatch)

For Royal Mail 24-hour tracked delivery on orders of £35 upwards, we offer a minimal charge of £1.99. Please note the cut-off time for this service is midday. 

Please note that orders shipped to the ‘Highlands and Islands’, including Northern Ireland, may take one to two days longer to arrive and are dependent upon Royal Mail.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@tinywelcome.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, or call us on +44 (0)1483 314013 so that we can help you.

What if my order is late?

If your order does not arrive when expected, please get in touch at hello@tinywelcome.co.uk,  or call us on +44 (0)1483 314013, and we will contact the carrier on your behalf.

What if my order or part of my order goes missing?

In the rare event that any part of your order goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@tinywelcome.co.uk so we can investigate and arrange a replacement.

Duplicate Deliveries

If a replacement order needs to be sent, it is possible that the original parcel may later arrive, resulting in a duplicate delivery. Should this happen, we kindly ask that one of the items is returned to us. We will, of course, arrange and cover the cost of return postage to make this as easy as possible.

Our priority is always to ensure your order arrives safely and with minimal inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

To change any part of your order prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@tinywelcome.co.uk, or call us on +44 (0)1483 314013. 

Once dispatched we are unable to change the order.

 

Please note that Tiny Welcome cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery outside of our control which prevent our carrier from reaching the destination, such as industrial action by the carrier or inclement weather.

Tiny Welcome cannot be held responsible for delivery problems where the address you have provided us with is incorrect.
